Sort and Settle: AER Worldwide will process and settle each lot individually in 45 days giving its’ customers the maximum asset recovery of their excess electronic component and e-Waste stream, while eliminating downstream environmental liabilities.

Consignment: AER Worldwide will process each and settle each lot individually in 45 days, while leaving the excess electronic components in a separated consignment warehouse location and provide a monthly accounting and payment for sold and unsold product. Daily updated consignment reports are available on a pass-protected page on AER Worldwide.

Exclusive Marketing: AER Worldwide only markets product in stock. This allows AER Worldwide to provide the best pricing and delivery time to our end-user customers. Product can be housed in one of our warehouses or on an exclusive agreement with our OEM, CEM and ODM customers, in their warehouse, thus eliminating the necessity to pull and ship whole inventories to AER Worldwide and allowing title to remain with the customer until the product is sold.

Internal Corporate Supply Chain Marketing: AER Worldwide can market its’ OEM, CEM and ODM customer’s excess component inventories to their internal corporate supply chain personnel. In large corporations there is often poor communication between business units, causing one business unit to write off excess components that could be used in other business units of the same corporation. AER Worldwide can maintain an internal inventory for sale exclusively across different business units of the same corporation. Price setting is done internally as a factor of standard cost, while AER Worldwide will only charge a handling cost. This cost is dependent on volume and region of warehousing.

Minimum Target Price Setting: AER Worldwide allows minimum target price to be set by it’s OEM, CEM and ODM customers to achieve a maximum return of standard cost, while minimizing the write-off necessity.

On Site Inventory Service: AER Worldwide will perform on site inventories of excess components at no cost to its’ OEM, CEM and ODM customers upon signing of an exclusive marketing or consignment agreement.
